This guarantee is only valid:

In the UK.

• When the faulty product along with a copy of the original sales receipt or invoice is presented.

• When the product has not been altered, modified or defaced.

• When this document has been completed and is legible.

This guarantee will not be valid:

• If the product serial number has been altered or changed.

• If the product has been misused or damaged by shock or fall, water or lighning, through corrosion or improper storage.

• If there has been a failure to follow the correct maintainance and safety precautions.

Important:

• Supplies used with this product (such as batteries etc) are not covered by the guarantee.

• This guarantee is solely for the purchased product and is provided without connection to any other guarantees.

• Oregon Scientific reserves the right to replace, repair or rework any faulty purchase.

• This guarantee is effective for 24 months only, beginning on the day of purchase.

• Oregon Scientific is not responsible for carriage of the product for repair.

• Please return product with proof of purchase directly to vendor.

• This guarantee is in addition to & does not affect your statutory rights.

• This warranty does not cover products purchased outside of the UK.
